1. What The Stat Shack is

The Stat Shack is an information and research site. We publish model-generated win probabilities, point spread comparisons, player projections, and related analysis about NFL games, built from publicly available data. The Stat Shack is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, place bets on your behalf, hold or move funds related to betting, or operate as a bookmaker in any capacity. Nothing on this site is an offer to bet or a facility for betting.

2. No guarantees

Everything on this site is informational only and reflects a model's own confidence based on historical data. It is not betting advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Past results, including any record shown on this site, do not predict or guarantee future results. If you choose to bet with a licensed sportsbook, that is a decision you make entirely on your own, at your own risk, with your own money.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal age required to access sports betting or gambling-adjacent information in the place where you live, whichever is older, to use this site. By using The Stat Shack, you are confirming that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

The Stat Shack offers a free tier and paid membership tiers (currently shown on our Pricing page) that unlock additional features. A monthly membership bills on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel; a season pass is a single payment covering the stated season and does not auto-renew unless we clearly tell you otherwise at checkout. You can cancel a recurring membership at any time, and cancellation stops future billing -- it does not retroactively refund time already paid for unless we say otherwise at the time.

Paid plans are coming soon. No payment processor is connected to this site yet, and we are not accepting payments today. Before any payments are accepted, we will add the specific billing details here, including which processor we use, how a charge will appear on your statement, and a link to that processor's own terms.

5. Acceptable use

Use this site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute our model output or player projections in bulk, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site.

6. No warranty, limited liability

This site is provided “as is.” We work from real, publicly available data and disclose our methodology where we can, but we don't promise the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Stat Shack LLC is not liable for any loss -- including any betting loss -- arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site.

7. Governing law

The Stat Shack LLC is a limited liability company organized in Idaho. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
