Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
1. What this covers
This policy describes what The Stat Shack LLC (“we,” “us”) actually collects from visitors to thestatshack.com today. We don't collect more than what's described here, and we'll update this page if that changes.
2. What we collect
- One on-device preference. The site remembers which player-prop category tab (for example, QB or RB) you last viewed, saved in your browser's own local storage. It stays on your device -- it is never sent to us, and we have no way to see it.
- Anything you send us directly. If you email contact@thestatshack.com, we receive your email address and whatever you wrote to us, so we can reply.
- Standard hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically collects standard server logs for every site it serves, such as IP address and the page requested.
3. What we don't collect
We don't use cookies, analytics software, or advertising trackers of any kind. We don't have user accounts, logins, or passwords. We don't collect payment or financial information -- no payment processor is connected to this site yet (see our Terms of Service).
4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone, for any reason.
5. Requesting deletion
If you've emailed us and want that message or your email address deleted from our records, email contact@thestatshack.com and we'll remove it. To clear the one on-device preference described above, clear your browser's site data for thestatshack.com -- we don't hold a copy to delete on our end.
6. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and our Terms of Service already require users to be 21 or older (or the legal age where they live). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. We'll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we do.
